Omega 3 green smoothies

1 1/2 cups coconut water, chilled
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup frozen strawberries or raspberries
1/2 avocado, pitted and peeled
1 large handful baby spinach
1 tablespoon toasted shredded coconut for garnish
 

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 45 secs. Top with the toasted coconut. Drink Immediately
