1/2 cup oats
1.5 cups water
1/2 tsp ground turmeric
1/4th tsp ground ginger
1 tsp cinnamon,
Pinch of Himalayan Salt
Optional: Top with 1 tsp Chia seeds, 1 tsp Ground Flaxseed, 1 tsp Hemp Seeds, goji berries, 1 chopped Medjool dates, Silvered Almonds, or walnut halves
Fresh Apricots, Apples, Pears, and peaches
Bring water n oats to a Boil
Add Spices and Sea Salt
Cover, Reduce to simmer and cook for roughly 3-5 minutes untill oats are tender and water is absorbed.
Turn off Heat and let stand for 2 minutes
Add Desired Toppings
