My Favorite MET Boosting Smoothie

1/2 cup Brewed Green Tea
1/2 Cup Coconut Water or Milk
2 cups spinach
1 cup pineapple frozen chopped
1 scoop JP Protein powder
1 grapefruit peeled 
1 tbsp Flax seed Meal
4-5 pieces ice
 
Bend all ingredients untill Smooth and Enjoy!
